Exhibition

The Exhibition, dedicated to Franz Peter Kien’s 90th anniversary was opened May 14, 2009 at Terezin Memorial’s Small Fortress (4th Yard) and will be on display until September 14, 2009 The exhibition design is kept in line with the book's graphic design, which is based on the book graphics, illustrations, industrial design, posters, advertisements (1936 – 1941) produced by Franz Peter Kien.

The exhibition is located in two halls, according to Kien’s pre-ghetto (1919 – 1941) and ghetto (1942 - 1944) periods respectively and accompanied by rich photographic and archival materials.

Photo enlargements and ingenious installations from wooden packing crates give the display an unforgettable touch.
